Limitations: Plan assumptions: Brent of US$60/bbl in 2015 and US$70/bbl in 2016–2019 and an exchange rate of R$3.10 to R$3.29; the actual average Brent in 2016 was US$43.64 (EIA). The 6-K cites the divestment of US$15.1 billion in 2015/2016 as part of the deleveraging plan.
In the 2015–2019 plan statement, Petrobras reported that production targets were updated due to postponements of less mature projects and delays in the delivery of production units, largely because of limitations of Brazilian suppliers.
