Limitations: Party source (NOVO), in the party's promotional text; it dates neither the meeting nor the letter, and the page does not contain the June 24, 2024 date from the agenda (modification metadata: February 13, 2026). Poder360 (May 7, 2024) treats the Brazilians as guests of Congress, not promoters. On the letter, Smith's office says only that it sent it on June 21; it does not attribute the letter to the meeting with the Brazilians. 'Seven questions' was not verified in the original of the letter.
