“Sobre supostas mensagens que me envolveriam publicadas pelo site Intercept neste domingo, 9 de junho, lamenta-se a falta de indicação de fonte de pessoa responsável pela invasão criminosa de celulares de procuradores. Assim como a postura do site que não entrou em contato antes da publicação, contrariando regra básica do jornalismo. Quanto ao conteúdo das mensagens que me citam, não se vislumbra qualquer anormalidade ou direcionamento da atuação enquanto magistrado, apesar de terem sido retiradas de contexto e do sensacionalismo das matérias, que ignoram o gigantesco esquema de corrupção revelado pela Operação Lava Jato.”

Portal translation: Regarding supposed messages involving me published by the site Intercept this Sunday, June 9, we regret the lack of identification of the source, the person responsible for the criminal invasion of prosecutors' cell phones. We also regret the stance of the site, which did not make contact before publication, contrary to a basic rule of journalism. As for the content of the messages that cite me, no abnormality or steering of my conduct as a magistrate is discerned, even though they were taken out of context and the articles are sensationalist, ignoring the gigantic corruption scheme revealed by Operation Lava Jato.
