Leaked message, not a public statement. Message taken from Moro's phone, which he handed to the Federal Police (PF) when testifying on May 2, 2020 (Poder360's account). Released by Estadão on May 23, 2020 as part of inquiry 4831. Moro is the counterpart in the exchange and the source of the material; we found no forensic examination or contestation by Bolsonaro in the sources read.
